Price range: $500-$8,500 (all verses in the catalog fall within this price range)
Can be sold to more than 1 buyer (stipulated per artist / label / contract)
No additional agency commission % is due on top of the agreed upon contract price
Typically used for placement on Mixtapes, EDM / Dubstep Mixes, Rap Singles & Independent Albums
Can be purchased with full commercial and sync rights for album placement (please inquire on a per artist basis – additional financial considerations may apply)
No future royalties owed to guest artist per license purchase
Guest artist publishing per artist / composition governed by (ISG) Industry Standard Guidelines
Licensor shall issue to licensee all applicable sales paperwork and guest artist files within (24) hrs of receipt of payment for their respective purchase
For purposes of your online listing for all applicable DSP’s (Spotify / Apple / Tidal / etc.) you are the “Primary Artist” and all guest artists are “Featured Artists”. Under no exceptions are any “featured licensed verses” to be listed as “Primary Artist(s)” alongside you.
Your license is available for (1) SKU – (released as a single and as a part of your larger body of work project)
